Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays ship the next working day.

Delivery times

• United States: 3–5 business days (standard) · 1–2 business days (express)
• Europe & UK: 4–7 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Rates

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $150. Under $150, a flat $12 fee applies. Express and international rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Duties & taxes

International duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where possible. For destinations without prepaid duties, any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
