Return & refund policy

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Underwear, swimwear and final-sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to return

1. Email returns@247Garments.com with your order number.
2. We'll email you a prepaid return label (domestic) or return instructions (international).
3. Drop your package with the courier and we'll do the rest.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email confirmation and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the correct size and return the original item for a refund.
